iTeam Resources prides itself on its strong belief and commitment to providing quality customer service to its customers. We offer flexible Software Support  and Hardware Support  programs tailored to meet your specific needs. Support is available from our Development Team and Technical Services Department.

The Technical Services department is available to answer technical questions Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. To better serve you in a timely manner please have the product part number, serial number and type of problem available at the time of your call.

Technical Services support staff are also available via email. Simply submit your particular issue along with appropriate part numbers and serial numbers. Our staff will respond quickly to help resolve any technical problems. Additionally our support staff can assist you in placing orders by supplying the appropriate product numbers for your specific configuration.

The Development team is responsible for the development and refinement of our software products. If your particular need requires a solution that is not readily available we will forward the issue to our Development team for assessment and solution.
