The solution is fully scalable and can be as simple as a single Computer to hundreds of Computers spread over a campus environment.
The solution is easy to implement, easy to maintain and combined with our numerous payment solutions a reliable and effective method to
recover printing costs.
Re'Quest - Computer Reservation and Desktop Time Management
In todays environment demand for public access computers is at a premium, both in the Library and Computer Lab environments.
The manual computer signup sheet is no longer an effective solution.
Re'Quest takes this manual solution to an effective, efficient solution where computers may be reserved and the patron time on the desktop managed.
This solution provides fair and equitable access to public computers to all patrons in both Library and Computer Lab environments.
In Library environments, Re'Quest interfaces to the ILS systems therefore validating the current status of patrons. In Colleges and Universities where
Computer Labs are more the norm, Re'Quest can interface with the student database to validate and obtain the status of students. In both environments patrons may be managed as a group
or individually in respect to their access to computers. Patrons may be restricted, banned, entirely or partially depending on the
Systems Administrators or organizations rules. For example, a patron could be banned from using the internet, or, from using a computer entirely if a Fee/Fine of a certain limit is overdue.
Account Quest - Patron Management
and Control
Account Quest provides the ability to manage the information related to your patrons.
Patron on-line declining account balances may be adjusted, patron restrictions imposed, and various other patron data adjusted.
Quest Replenishment -
Self Serve Account Balance Replenishment
For organizations using a patron on-line declining account balance for cost recovery payments, Quest Replenishment operates as
as a selve serve Kiosk application allowing patrons to replenish their on-line account balance. Coin/Bill vend stations or Cash Card readers
can be used to provide the method of cash collection.

Card Solutions
Simplify and streamline student/patron identification and campus/library services with iTeam Resources Card Solutions.
The iTeam Card is a high quality, 30 mil, white PVC card that utilizes the latest in magnetic stripe and smart “chip” card technology.
Card Technologies
Magnetic Strip Card - combination of ISO and ABA magnetic stripes of high-level coercivity to allow customers to identify their students,
offer various on-line programs, and perform small value transactions at printers, etc., by placing monetary value on the card.
Smart Chip Card – computer chip is embedded in a plastic card to store data as digital cash and patron demographic information.
Card Options
Photo ID/Student ID Card – identifies the user as the cardholder.
The card consists of photographic image, bar code, and magnetic stripe or smart chip for services, and signature panel.
Ideal in an environment requiring one card to do it all.
Library ”Combination” Card – a preprinted card with bar code on the front and
magnetic stripe on the back. Signature panel is also available. The perfect card for both a borrower card and service card.
Custom Card – customized card includes library logo with one or more
colors and magnetic stripe.
iTeam Stock Cash Card – includes magnetic stripe or smart chip.
Key Fobs/Tags – includes one or more colors, logo and bar code.

The iTeam development group is responsible for the development and refinement of our software products.
If your particular need requires a solution that is not readily available we will forward the issue to our development group for assessment and solution.
In addition, we make use of WebEx on-line support which is a secure method of bring us to your environment so we can train your staff and assist you in any support issues.

Installation Services
Our products have been designed in such a manner as to allow the customer to perform the installation on their own.
However, having an expert on site during the initial installation and training is an invaluable resource most organizations make use of.
During the installation phase we will come on site, assist in preparing the site for the initial installation, install the products with your technical staff as we train them
on the installation process, test all aspects of the solution, and train your staff on the operation aspects of the solution. We provide all manuals and make sure your staff is comfortable with the solution.
